Congratulations MSV and the entire team. A journey which began 20 years ago as an idea in a living room, it had no name but years of experience from our founder and CEO, Suresh Malik and its founding members. Some thought it could not be done and asked how will you do it. But we push on and we haven’t had to answer that question again.

Today, we employ many talented, dedicated people, serve many industries, customers and businesses, and are widely recognized as one of the most successful companies in the engineering world.

How did that happen? Innovation, Professionalism, Vision and Hard Work. These values are the root of our success. We’ve done crazy things together, and then made them normal. We pioneered value engineering, Project Management, environmental impact, in engineering fields, fast turnaround on projects, world class policies and HR management, and much more. We tried, failed, tried again and succeeded, our bold and innovative approach was challenged and then it became the new normal. People expect great things from us and that is the greatest compliment we can receive. I believe we are at our best right now and constantly improving, and we are setting the bar high for the industry.

MSV couldn’t be better positioned for the future. We are firing on all cylinders, just as the industry and our clients need us to. We have things in the pipeline that will continue to astonish. We serve multiple Govt & Private clients world over and we’ve pioneered multiple engineering disciplines. We are leaders in areas as varied as roads, bridges, mining, environmental, water, waste management, Urban and Rural Development, irrigation & HR, and if an idea requires yet another new institutional skill, we’re flexible and curious to acquire and master it.
